WenShan Bao Zhong Oolong Tea（2025 Winter Tea）

The WenShan BaoZhong oolong tea is a kind of aromatous oolong tea with a low oxidation degree. Its best characteristic is its floral aroma, tasting refreshing and sweet.

• The harvest was done on 2 November 2025. The producing place is the WenShan tea area in northern Taiwan.

WenShan BaoZhong oolong tea is the representative oolong tea of Taiwan. The Wenshan area is regarded as the best producing region. WenShan BaoZhong has a very clear floral aroma and a mild taste close to green tea, so some people call it “green oolong tea.” It is a partially fermented tea, with a fermentation degree of about 10% to 20%. The liquid is light yellow, with a sweet floral fragrance that feels refreshing.

The harvest began on 2 November 2025 when the weather in Wenshan was fine. The freshly picked tea was partially fermented, giving it a refreshing and captivating floral aroma.
