WenShan Bao Zhong Oolong Tea

The WenShan BaoZhong oolong tea is a kind of aromatous oolong tea with low oxidation degree. Its best characteristics is its aroma of flowers, tasting refreshing and sweet.

• The harvest was done on 4 November 2023. The producing place is the WenShan tea area in the north of Taiwan.

WenShan Bao Zhong oolong tea is the representative of Taiwan oolong tea. Taiwan Wenshan area is the best one among those tea producing areas. WenShan Bao Zhong oolong tea has a very clear aroma of flowers and very mild taste, which is close to the taste of green tea, so some people call it as green oolong tea. It is partially fermented tea with a fermentation degree from 10% to 20%. The liquid tea is faint yellow, smelling sweet as the flowers, which will make people refreshing. 

We started to pick tea on November 4, 2023, when the weather in Wenshan was fine. The picked tea was partially fermented, and the refreshing and floral smell of which is fascinating.
