Taiwan Lishan Premium Oolong Tea（2024 Spring Tea）

Lishan is the best producing area of high mountain tea in Taiwan. The height of the tea garden is 2,100 meters, so the production would be limited. It is the highest-quality oolong tea with obvious aroma.

• The harvest was done on 9 May 2024. The picking time is only from 10:00-15:00 on sunny days to guarantee the high quality.
• The snow season there is from Nov to Mar. The great annual range of temperature would make it taste with special fruit aroma.
• These tea trees couldn’t be planted on high mountains, so there are only twice harvest for each year. The production would be rare then.
• Slight fermentation without baking process to keep the natural ingredients of tea leaves.

The tea garden, which is at the altitude of 2,100 meters, is in the primeval forest and only uses the tea harvested from 11 a.m. to 14 p.m., which has the best aroma. After sun-baking, fermentation and baking, the original flavor is preserved, completing the highest quality of Taiwan lishan oolong tea.
