Taiwan Lishan Premium Oolong Tea(2025 Winter Tea)
Lishan is the best producing area of high mountain tea in Taiwan. The height of the tea garden is 2,100 meters, so the production is limited. It is one of the highest-quality oolong teas with a very distinct aroma.
- The harvest was done on 16 October 2025. The picking time is only from 10:00–15:00 on sunny days to guarantee high quality.
- The snow season there is from November to March. The large annual temperature difference gives the tea a special fruity aroma.
- Tea trees cannot be planted too high on the mountains, so there are only two harvests each year. Production is very rare.
- Slight fermentation without baking to keep the natural ingredients of the tea leaves.
The tea garden, located at an altitude of 2,100 meters, sits inside the primeval forest. Only leaves harvested from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. are used, as this period offers the best aroma. After sun-withering, fermentation, and baking, the original flavor is well preserved, completing the highest quality of Taiwan Lishan oolong tea.
2025 Taiwan Lishan premium oolong tea was harvested on 16 October from a 2,100-meter tea garden, handpicked with the standard of one bud and two leaves. This is the finest Lishan oolong tea of the year.
